We are a group of Native women who come to SCIC to exchange ideas and learn about beading, making regalia and to stay together with our Native sisters.
I came to SCIC back in 1991. They realized who I was (Mohawk) and it's been so beautiful.
I've been coming here sice 1991. My kids are now in their 20s and 30s but they were just babies when I first came. It was really helpful to be able to come here and get a lot of help and encouragement and learning... and so that's what SCIC did for us.
